Compassion For Writers

Writing is not just a lonely pursuit, but for many there are no “end users,” readers who really believe in your style. You sit alone in a room wrestling your ideas onto the page, struggling to fend off the constant attacks of doubt. Your regular friends probably don’t quite get what you are doing and can’t help. So it makes perfect sense that to get an editor means to get your books finished. I have a current list of literary agencies that account for a substantial number of the complaints but mainly indifference to those who do the work of writing.

I have many unpublished and unfinished writing projects. Without the motivation of a compassionate reader,  rough drafts may never reach their full potential. I’ve put a lifetime into writing but I’m running out of time. If you feel even slightly that this idea will benefit writers but aren’t sure exactly how, then take a chance, join in  become a contributor at Dreamwriter and trust the process.
